Shipping delivery policy
We usually take 3 working days to process, pack and dispatch orders after confirmation of payment and delivery company takes a further 3 working days to deliver therefore please allow 7 working days for delivery to major centers within South Africa
Delivery companies service some outlying, remote and farm areas once a week. Delivery to such areas may take longer.
We have a systematic process in place in processing and sending out orders so unfortunately cannot promise faster shipping
Please provide a PHYSICAL ADDRESS NOT P.O. Box address. Choosing courier delivery and providing a P.O. Box address will automatically put your order on hold until a physical address is received
Couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, on weekends and public holidays
Please ensure clear and accurate address with contact phone number are provided on checkout.
South African buyers only. We do not ship out of South Africa.
S&H fee includes, but is not limited to, Packaging, Packaging material, admin, handling not postage/courier only.
We do not allow collection
7 Days: If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please return it within 7 days for a replacement or money back. Please contact me before you return it. Shipping is non refundable. Replacement depends on stock availability
If item is defective within 6 months, you may send it back to us. We will replace the product depending on stock availability. All items should be returned in their original condition. Warranty will be void if fault is attributable to misuse.
